Stay Healthy, Stay Motivated

In yesteryears, people never bothered to put some extra effort to take care of  their health. The kind of work they use to do, that itself maintained their health and they remained fit. But today most of the people does the work which involves least physical exercise which leads them to bad health. So exercising becomes really important to stay fit and healthy in today’s world.


There are many ways to stay healthy. People go for morning walks, they go to gyms, they do Zumba classes, etc. Just to maintain good health and stay fit. But that’s not enough, exercising is one of the two aspects of staying fit. Second is to eat healthy. Our body needs to have healthy food in order to last long.



Occasionally it’s fine if we eat junk food but regularly having it can effect the body adversely. In order to get good health and maintain it, these two things needs to be done. To stay healthy one doesn’t really needs to do intense workout or go on a strict diet, just some simple healthy tips need to be followed. Walk for 10-15 minutes a day or exercise for 15 minutes, whichever is convenient and avoid junk food.


This is the simplest possible way to stay healthy. Also being healthy is important because it directly affects our behavior. If we’re healthy we tends to stay happy and cheerful but otherwise can make us irritated and sad. There are many other benefits and techniques of being healthy and sustaining it , about which I’ll write in my next blogs.
